“The Upper Plate” Private Dining

The Upper Plate is located on our second floor, with large windows overlooking Tipp City’s historic downtown. The Upper Plate is ideal for business functions, baby or bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, as well as holiday parties. For your business needs, we provide wireless internet and a projection screen in this space. The possibilities are endless! The room is capable of seating 40 people and tables can be arranged in a variety of ways. The event host can even pre-select entrees for a specialized menu the night of the event. The Boardroom

The only private dining room on the first floor, this space is ideal for 8 – 10 guests.  Whether it’s lunch or dinner, it’s a perfect space to visit or make important decisions away from the work place.  The original boardroom when this was a bank, it’s a great space for groups who want some privacy.  This space is reserved for groups of 8-10 for lunch, but dinner it’s available for any size group 10 or under with a $300.00 food and beverage minimum, even a group of two who want a special evening away from the crowds.

Please note: the wi-fi in this space is not ideal with the neighboring vault’s cement walls that even the wifi can’t breech!  Conversation is key in this space!

The Staff at Coldwater is here to accommodate your specific event needs and understands that most clients have a specific menu or budget in mind.  There is a “Coldwater Standard” that we hold ourselves to, and as long as we can deliver the quality of service and food our guests’ expect,  we are absolutely willing find a way to meet those event specifications!
